The personnel that you first interact with ( the parking attendant, the people in the ticket booth, the personnel giving you information before the tour) could all use a lesson in customer service. They were rude, arrogant, & seemed like th..ey just wanted to give people a hard time. The tour guide we had was absolutely WONDERFUL! I can’t say enough good things about her. She helped everyone in the group get great pictures; took pictures of us with our camera;& was a delight. I believe her name was Julie, but I’m not sure. She lives in Page part of the year & in Mesa part of the year. I highly recommend her, even though I am not sure of her name.Read full review

we had a great time touring the antelope Canyon and the horseshoe bend. the only thing that I don't like is the Bus's microphone is not working so the tour guide eva had to talk in the middle of the bus and I can't hear mostly what she said.. coz I was seating in the front. also, she talks mostly in Chinese.Read full review
Very nice tour. My only complaint would be that there were way too many tourists in the canyon at the same time. I felt rushed which detracted from the experience.
The above summary says it all really. But beyond that, what made it particularly special was the exposure to Navajo guides and to Navajo hostess Sheila who welcomed us into her home and cooked for us.
Chris was a fantastic guide and an exc..ellent driver. Fantastic people skills.
Bryce, Antelope, Monument Valley, Grand......they are all amazing.
Strongly recommend

Great experience. We went on the winter tour with Joel which was a great experience! Beautiful weather and beautiful hiking. Will be returning for sure!!
Two of the guides were very rude. One guide belittled an elderly woman and another yelled at me while I took a photo of my kids. The tour was crammed with far too many people. It was an awful experience.
